Many consultants (this word here includes coaches, trainers and HR/OD professionals) find
that they would like to add some NLP techniques to their tool-belt but either do not want (or don’t have time) to take a certification training or have been to a training that didn’t integrate into their daily consulting practice.
In depth self assessment. Know your “Meta Programs” and how to de-code others. Delve into your past successes and get in tune with what makes you come alive. The 5 session (spread over ten weeks) webinar follow up ensures that you will be able to skillfully utilize the taught techniques. The follow-up course is a combination of peer practice, continued self evolution, and new material (specific NLP techniques you can use).
Rapport skills training. Be able to build rapport with anyone. Understand different communication styles and learn and practice the art of increasing your own flexibility to meet others where they are. This training forms the basis of mastering other NLP techniques.

Foundations of Leadership (for full description click here) is the same course that executives in career transition and consultants wanting to learn change-work techniques will take, however there is a different 5-session webinar following the live training for each group. All participants in the live training can take any follow up webinar (or all at no additional fee). The course precedes all trainings and is prerequisite. The focus of this intense 4-day experience is: 1) self assessment, 2) rapport skills training, 3) mastering the leadership development framework. 2012 trainings: June 20 -23, and Oct 10-13 (9am – 5pm, Marin location to be announced).
Best Practices Mastermind this group is open only to graduates of Foundations of Leadership or certified NLP Practitioners. Each month will feature an NLP technique to learn and practice, a Leadership Development and Change topic, as well as a guest trainer who may have an exercise from NLP or another modality. Members of the mastermind group will have full access to recordings of that month’s live training as well as a monthly webinar where participants will be able to practice techniques for delivery over the phone as well as brainstorm with each other.
